Richard is a journalist, consultant and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. Zdenka Krizman, Management Advisor, Zagreb, Croatia


Zdenka is a management and organisational development expert. She has advised  various companies and organisations following a distinguished career at the BBC where she was a senior executive and a Board Member of BBC Global News. As Head of Europe Region, she was responsible for BBC services in Albanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Greek, Hungarian, Macedonian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak and Slovene. She led organisational development projects in the BBC and advised Bulgarian, Kenyan and Hungarian media companies and authorities on management and regulatory issues.
